     TIPS TO STOP SMOKING MORE EASILY:

  1. Let your friends and family members know of your decision and ask them to support you;
  2. Stop at once;
  3. Drink enough water during the first five days;
  4. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and less meat and fish;
  5. Substitute the psychological habit with another healthy habit (ex. Drink water every time you feel like smoking);
  6. Substitute coffee with soluble barley;
  7. Exercise – walk or go to the gymnasium.
