TIPS TO STOP SMOKING MORE EASILY:
Let your friends and family members know of your decision and ask them to support you;
Stop at once;
Drink enough water during the first five days;
Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and less meat and fish;
Substitute the psychological habit with another healthy habit (ex. Drink water every time you feel like smoking);
Substitute coffee with soluble barley;
Exercise – walk or go to the gymnasium.
